Ahhh the late, great John Wooden AKA the Wizard of Westwood, he has so many great quotes, I always loved, ‘the true personification of someone’s character is how they act when they think nobody is watching’…

Was it Wooden who also said something like “the true personification of someone’s character is the way they treat those who cannot help them”…. ?

I love using quotes with my students and Wooden has many to choose from. In addition to the one mentioned here, I also really like “Things turn out best for the people who make the best of the way things turn out” (Wooden).
