If you are on my Facebook friends list you likely saw this there, apologies but I must post here as well. The lyrics, sentiment, touched me in relation to adoption reunion as well as life in general, at least in my current life it holds true.

    Susie – I am hearing you on this one. Mothers day is followed by my daughters birthday on the 16th. Always difficult. Made more challenging this year due to her no contact order. Feels wierd/wrong/saddening to not be allowed to wish my own child a happy birthday and let her know I am thinking about her.
