Challenging Beliefs

“All personal breakthroughs begin with a change in beliefs.” – Anthony Robbins

I have had quite a few of my belief systems rocked to their core in recent weeks. Many of my coping mechanisms have been shaken, not stirred.  Its all good, really. It is just that it causes me to do more than my usual amount of pondering.

With that pondering  comes much hope and many smiles. I am glad these beliefs are being shaken. I am even more glad that I am doing so well with the shaking.

Yes, cryptic, sweepingly general, and such but I am not in a place where I can publicly state what is changing for me. I just know it is and I am glad it is.

Life is good.
